Crystal has spent more than 25 years inside the financial industry — spanning coaching, leadership, practice management, brokerage operations, and advisor development. She’s helped lead high-performing teams, supported advisors through growth and transition, and contributed to the transformation of a flagship branch into the top 2% of its national network.
She founded Clear Story Coaching to help financial professionals stop spinning their wheels and start building businesses and careers that feel aligned, sustainable, and purposeful — coaching the human behind the practice, not just the funnel.
Based in St. Louis, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children.

Why Clear Story exists
Most advisors are not short on information. They are short on clarity — a clear picture of where the practice is actually stuck — and on the structure that turns good intentions into a week that works. After 25 years of watching talented advisors stall for reasons that had nothing to do with product knowledge, Crystal built Clear Story Coaching to close that gap.
